    House for rent in Phitsunalok

    Hello,

Are there any Phitsunalok Local who know of house to rent around the Indochina intersection.

I have been living in Chiang Mai for 10 years and i travel a lot by car when not working. I have seen 90% of northern Thailand and now it is time to see the Issan area from a base in Phitsunalok. I am working in Cambridge College for at least a year.

I have up to 6000 baht a month available to spend.

A house with a garden and fences is a must as i have 2 trained dogs. I do mean they are trained. They know were to do things and where not to. They have travelled with me for the last 6 years around the north and have stayed in many hotel rooms and visited many restuarants. They have a 100% record of not relieving themselves in any of these places we have visited.

If anyone can help please reply.

    Thanks

For B15,000 I can provide this house. Less than that and you are on your own.

    pseudolis,
Thanks for tip, I have been on their website and have contacted them by email. NO reply yet. My experience is once you mention the dogs they have no interest. That is why I look through local knowledge sites like this one.
I cannot blame them as most dogs in Thailand are very dirty things because of the way they are kept. Always fed though

Unfortunately for me I keep mine like western dogs. I still get interested bystanders watch as I call my dogs and they will walk over for a bath instead of running away.

    Hillbilly,
Thanks for the replies but unfortunately your house does not have a fence as requested. Nice looking places though.

Off subject, Is Phitsunalok considered Northern Thailand culturally or is it considered Issan culturally?

Don't tell them. In the type of house 6k will find you, dogs is the least of their problems. Just move in and if they ask say the dogs are kept outside. Job Done.

It amazes me how people can rent houses for 6,000 baht a month and less.

By not living in Patters or Bangers.

    And shed-dwelling.

    (I rent a 2 bedroom detached bungalow for 3,500 a month).

I rent one of the houses for 20k per month and will be increasing the rent soon.

The annual costs to maintain a house are increasing not to mention if an appliance such as a washing machine or air-conditioner breaks down.
