What are doing in Sarakham? I think it's easier to meet people in Roi-Et where's there's a much larger Expat population. I think most of the maybe 100 foreigners in the city are either teachers, and form friendships through work, or are retired and moved to the middle of Isan and have no real way to meet their fellow Westerners there. |
