    hey gents,

glad you like the gearbox rigger.
it has some extreme upgrades on it. (its not a std tko 600) its a modified race version. with also a .82 5th gear ratio.

this gearbox can handle 1000ft of torque (1350nm or so).
we still have to custom adopt the bell housing, the Slip Yolk we are getting a special metal grade pc from the states as well.

    (BASICLY FULL OPTION)

    Question about chipping.

Rather than start a new thread thought i'd ask here regarding modification.

I've heard mixed reports about chipping but i was thinking of doing it to my car (Pajero 3.2). I don't want to go overboard but just something to improve acceleration a little.

Is it worth chipping and are the costs reasonable?

Additionally, will this improve the turbo lag?

chipping will give you a small gain maybe 15 to 20 HP and are pretty cheap, best to buy a full piggy back system 50hp to 70hp gain.

My truck will be done in the next couple of weeks

I think will only help with some other mods, but any time you can get cooler free flowing air to the engine is good.

Using a custom hybrid turbo, made some serous power on a standard engine so should do well on mine, Philip would be the one to talk to about that.
I was running a powerlab system then bought the V2 but its new and havent even used it yet, I was offered the new system but have spent enough for now and just want to race the truck then take it from there.

My old hybrid turbo is up for sale, made 361hp on a 2.5ltr and has low klm on it if know anyone that would be interested.

    Engine is done.
New 3 ltr block, Head work largervalves, modified cam, Custom Wahl pistons, Pauter rods. Heavy duty head studs and bolts
Well on the way to 500 hp maybe more
Now they are working on the bell housing to mate up the TKO 600 gearbox
