For sure, but, he is talking about bringing it in on a temporary permit. So no duty would have to be paid, except perhaps some kind of bond, to ensure you took it back out of the country.

It'll be interesting to see how long he can keep it in country (LOS) if he does try to bring it in.

If I thought I could bring mine in with 90 day exits I'd be on it now.

Somehow I have my doubts. I wish you well though. In LOS it's often a suck it and see situation. The rules certainly seem to change considerably if you're away from the cities.
