Can anyone recommend an honest shop that sells the above in Pattaya? I prefer a place with posted prices, not the "look at you and decide the price" type of place.

One of my students went to BKK and the owner there tried to sell him boxes (for me) and promised they were black. My student opened the packaging just to be sure and guess what? They were WHITE! Amazing Thailand!
