No one around so I pull a wheelie up the road and a fucking copper jumps out from behind a tree and yells YOU YOU YOU and shaking his finger at me. So I did what most people would do nailed it up the road until he was out of site not as if he is going to catch me.

I would expect around 240,000 for her. Full titanium exhaust, MRA screen Oil changed every 2000km (only put 6000 on her in a year).

16tooth front sprocket but still have 17tooth somewhere.

Never changed to my name so in Redbarons name still so nice and easy to change.

That SRX600 is a sexy beast. I keep on thinking about buying an SR or SRX 400/500/600 but my wife has said that she'd leave me if I did.

I'm still debating: Wife... Bike... Wife... Bike..

If I post a picture of a new bike, you'll know which way I went!

So the Blackbird is essentially a CBR 1000? I haven't been keeping up with the sport tourers. Looks like nice ride. Price seems fair too!

Not really the same thing. A Hyper Tourer is too big and heavy to be a pure sport bike. It has a more comfortable ride though so it is suitable for longer trips. My CBR954RR would be faster than the CBR1100xx in most conditions though it may have a higher top speed.

On the other hand my bike is much harder on forearms and butt after an hour or more in the saddle.

Nice bike MrsQ and easier on the knees than the CBR954RR would be.

For sport touring that focuses more on the sport side try ....

    Honda VFR800FI
Kawasaki ZX9 and ZX12 (Not the ZX10, the 636 is supposed to be ok for long rides too)
    Honda VTR
    Suzuki Katana (GSX, not GSXR)

I have owned both a VFR800FI and a 600cc Katana and found both of them to be ok for touring. Katana suspension is to soft for real sport riding though.

I use to have a VTR 1000 great bikes wheel stand heaven and a mate has got the VFR800 very nice machine. I have rode the ZX9 before and liked the feel of it more so than the R1. But I will just wait and see what is around in the next month or two have to pick one that the wife will sit on so I could probably get away with a more of a sports bike as she has a small ass
