Too late, I fixed it. Had a look at the sender with the multi meter and gave it a good tap with the hammer and it has been working fine since. Looks like I just saved myself 100k baht Panic over. I was so happy I took the airbox out (which is about the size of a football) and popped the k&n's on and re jetted the carbs. It go's better but not as much as I expected....The kit came with a selection of jets so I guess I should try some others. It also came with washers to put under the needle but I may just leave it as it really does go great for a 650. Still pulls from 1000 rpm in 4th with out complaint which is nice as that means I don't have to put my beer between my legs to change up.
Yep the hammer fixes many problem mechanical & domestic.

I'm an engineer and you would be amazed at the amount of things I have fixed with a gentle tap! Even a PLC! (used a screwdriver on that out of frustration)

Very nice, just be careful you don't go throwing it down the road - odd coloured levers just would not look right!

I challenge anyone to beat Rigger at buying bike bits. Probably buys more than all of us put together. Well done Rig for keeping Thai Post in business!

Of course it does, I just wont run it until I get the PC back, some of the guys are running a 20 shot on a standard fuel map and they say the ECU can copy with that. I have a 36 hp shot in there now and all the right gear to go with it, Heater, purge kit, and a multi map system. If you going to do it do it right
I will just wait as there is no rush plus I already leave most of you behind on a old 1998 TLR as is

In your dreams mate, I told you already, that the only reason you're in front is because I love the sound of the V-Twin...
