Why do knobs on big bikes insist on running with their high beam lights on all day.

I gave one recently a look at my spotlights head on....like a rabbit on the highway he was.

Most bikes now days from new have the head light on the moment you turn the key on, as for hi beam could be the light just needs adjustment as I know of no bike riders that run on hi beam during the day

Just goes to show how much you know about riding, daytime, wouldn't be a problem, NIGHT TIME would be with HIGH BEAM coming at you.

We met a Austrian couple last year in ChiangDao . They had an accident because of a flat tire. Not much would have happened to them , but the vizor ( is it the right word?) of the helmet split and caused cuts in the womans face. Cheap brittle plastic , not to compare with our European standards.

Well the knobs that like to ride with their lights on high beam should stay in the left hand side of the road, over where all the other tin cans ride.....closer to the gutter the better.

Their were a dozen or so of em up here at Khao Yai over last weekend.....think they deserve special treatment cos they on big bad bikes......same same any other motorbike in the food chain here.
I like poisoning my neighbours dogs till they die cos I'm a cnut

Bike's lights are on all the time. Cannot be switched off.
Unless you are the owner of an ancient yellow bike then it is possible.
Anyhooter in future if you see more big bad bikes, pull over and let them pass. You are after all only holding them up.
Ride safe. Keep the light on.

MechWerks Fittings and Bungs for Gas and Oil Tanks for Choppers and Custom Motorcycles
might be a little Better than welding in a Pipe bushing.

    Thanks Frankie
If I can work out what thread he welded in there I might be able to just order another petcock, for now its not a issue but could be if that bowl flys off or foks up. I will have to go and see they guy and fined out what that petcock came off
