| No ZX9 was stopped for the mental ZX10 It was made until 2002 I think, C2 model I believe. Might have made it too 2003. I though you were a chopper rider Macha with your shadow or virago or whatever it was. |

| I just love riding on them on weekends is all mate. Mine's the last model of ZX9 (2002). Is it overpirced at 350,000? *The real mad rider's me nephew (Mhz) who had numerous accidents and still wish to continue his biking career* |

| 350 is a bit over. chech the prices on www.mocyc.com they are generally ok give you an idea. a Hyabusa is going for that sort of money. 2002 ZX-9 probably around 300k or so, depends on demand. Busa, Blades, BlackBirds and R1 are easy to shift. ZX9', ZX12s are more difficult just down to popularity. Stupid really.

| I personally wouldn't spend the wedge on an R1 I woul buy a later model and trick it out. There was a review of a guy who bought an R1 98 and bored out the engine polished and ported it, sorted the suspension and fueling and could beat a new model around the track for 2/3's of the price. He was planning on fitting a supercharger to it as well. |
