Bung, did you have any problems with customs on your parts and was anything as large as a swingarm in your order? Thinking of getting one from the US but it might cost too much to ship.

Armoured Jackets :
Dririder airflow, with rear hump.
Australian 5,000 Baht, Good mid weight protective jackets, well ventilated. Removable ISO impact foam in shoulders, elbows and foam back protector.

Feild shear USA : light weight with armour in shoulders and elbows
3200 baht.
Not a sturdy as above but still a good jacket with ISO Heavy foam protection.

Local made to my design, but excellent quality, Cordura with external amour sewn in as shown : 2600 baht. I wanted a decent jacket that local riders could afford and these fit the bill, Very well made with heavy duty zips, they are actually as good as anything imported but without the brand name.

I got a heap of these Feildshear gloves, in a range of sizes and colours and styles. These gloves are the best value I have come across. I have used similar to the ones above and they have lasted better than the Nankai I previously used at 5 times the price.
ventilation on fingers and CF knuckle protection.
prices from 900 Baht to 2200 Baht as above.

I think Rigger is looking at some off road body armour.

eliminator,

No problem with my parts, just had to pay the duty. They may or may not lower the declared price on your goods but most won't. of course the heavier the goods the greater the cost. I've found some things on ebay which are cheaper enough to justify the shipping cost and duty. But not that often. You can get tracking information as well and use paypal which makes paying for stuff way too easy

Yea, Going down to see him today, he promised to give me free beer and a get me laid if I deliver.

I hope by getting laid he doesn't mean his mates are not going to knock me about and his BIL kick the shite out of me.

Mind you it probably won't be as bad as the kicking I just got from the Mrs when looking through an old Filing cabinet, she opened up a CD she found, had home made porn on it, featuring my ex Mia noi.
