Just thought I'd add some humour.

With some minor changes new rules for the future could improve performance in the wet

There are enough changes and additions to make the first few races interesting. After that it could become processional again with the usual suspects running the show.

Possibly but it was like that in the 80's with Williams. Sadly I can't remember there being so much aversion to that back then.

OT with Rallycross being broadcast "free", i hope we will see that on Fox/true etc. down the pub.
