Moving the reg from one bike to another, possible?

See, I got this big bike with a fully legal reg.book and plate. The plate and it's number is "very very nice", and now when I have ordered a brand new bike, I was thinking if it would be possible to have the plate moved (legally) over to the new bike? And could I then get another "normal" plate for my old bike?

Any thoughts on this?

Yes you can - your local Licensing Office will have to arrange but tell the Dealer you are buying the bike from what you are doing
