I like BBC World. What's wrong with it ? not as good as it was 3 or 4 years ago, but still OK. Still beats CNN.

Ever since he joined CNN when he left the BBC, he has been a big joke,

Yeah, some days I like CNN, other days it's BBC World. They both have their "decent" reporters/newsreaders and both have crap ones. What really used to piss me off was when CNN had Richard Quest reading the news , so I'd turn over to BBC World and they'd have Lyce Doucet! God! I hate that woman.

A friend of mine works in Iraq as a bodyguard/mercenary protecting American workers. They drive a convoy each day to their place of work; a tank, civilian armoured people carrier and another tank following. Spray painted on the side of the vechicles is a warning "if you come within 100 yards of the vechicle you will be shot". They arent bothered who they kill be it men, women or children. I am not saying it's good but if they come near me i would be the same.

If a military that I perceive as hostile enough to throw stones at is patrolling my neighbourhood streets, I would certainly consider keeping my kids indoors.

At my baddest, a mate and me (Grant Westby, who hasn't returned my calls since I got back) threw crab apples at taxis when I was about 12. They really didn't like that!

Reading it again, yes, I must have misunderstood kid's post last night, it was, ahem, rather late when I posted. I lost it.

Can't remember who it was, but someone suggested before to respond in kind, I got mixed up, too much talk of "scorched earth" policy and retribution for my liking in here recently.
