Well, you guys pretty much lost Iraq already, not sure what else you are waiting for ? probably the chimp to go and have someone with balls in charge.

The Chimp is burnt out and probably looking for a way to quit.

off the top of my head, i remember that the UK has approx. 5,000....and they're the second biggest contributor after the US at 150,000 +.

they don't seem too 'willing' anymore....if they ever did.

and did you even read the article beyond the headline? it doesn't support your "" position about US troops being in iraq 'until the job is done'.

boonie posts deliberately misleading info and claims it's 'part of the public record', and when called on it, he offers up 'get used to it"

he cites articles that don't have anything to do with his posts....and i'm highly skeptical that he's even read the aticles.

he more often than not cites bloggers.

i'm beginning to remember why i stopped posting in issues.

Well, ray, the first thing to go is the memory, right?
The aticles [sic] I cite support the uncomfortable fact that 'we' will be in Iraq for a few more years whether or not that meets with your personal approval. Nothing misleading there, eh?

Poor ray, tilting at the proverbial anti-war windmill like a modern-day don Quixote.

"Major Attacks Decline in Iraq: The number of truck bombs and other large al-Qaeda-style attacks in Iraq have declined nearly 50% since the United States started increasing troop levels in Iraq about six months ago, according to the U.S. military command in Iraq"

read it and believe it ray..
