I don't think OBL really wants them to convert to Islam. Before launching an attack on unbelievers Islamic law states that the unbelievers must be invited to become Muslims. We've been a bit short-staffed in the Issues team recently, due to surasak's inexplicable disappearance (I hope he hasn't been fed to the ducks), my yearly home visit and Wallace's job pressure.
