Why don't we use our intelligence and find the actual report instead of relying on a blog or a poor Russian translation?

If the OP actually took the time to go to the Pew site and read the report the OP would have found that only 2% of Muslims under 30 would say that suicide bombings are justified 'often.' This is a far cry from the misleading thread title.

Really, another misleading non-issue here.

Youth are full of piss and vinegar so it's understandable. But then youth are who they recruit. Twenty-six percent can justify it if they had to and 15% within the 26% could justify it "often or sometimes".

How sad, to sacrifice your own life in the hope of killing your enemy.

that leaves 75% of the young that do not condone suicide bombings, and 94% of older muslims that do not condone suicide bombings.

but when the vietnam war was going one of the major factors bringing an end to this conflict was the american outcry against the americans that wanted the war, small at first but major as time went on,

one of the factors that is going to end occupation of iraq is going to be the ongoing outcry of the american and english people being dissalusioned about what is going on,

back on topic,
if the large percentage of muslim non condoners of suicide bombing and terrorism were to start peacefull marches against the radical element of thier religion, imho this can only help appease and maybe gain momentum to stop the radicals, so why can they at least not try???

it's a shame really because I will find it hard to take you seriously in the future. If it would help you construct an amendment I'll tell you that I'm British and I think Id be well founded putting my faith in the British Army. And as for running off to mummy, well she is getting on a bit and she could do with her son around to protect her and the rest of the family if the shit ever got as far as hittng the fan in sunny Hampshire.

Yeah, jumping out of a trench to face chemical weapons, machine guns, land mines and flame throwers to capture an inch of a muddy field in France was really heroic and not in the least bit suicidal
