Inner swamp.
The main reason one enters this area is to view birds and the scavenging monkeys and over all was an interesting place to visit. Bako National Park was a great day out and it would be better to experience it over night.

Sarawak Cultural village is an excellent living museum.
It has examples of 6 traditional dwellings built by different peoples of Sarawak.
The Orang Ulu, Bidayuh, Iban, Melanau as well as Malay and Chinese houses.
The dwellings are inhabited by tribespeople who demonstrate local arts and crafts.

The Rain Forest Festival
Every year this sound stage hosts a major rain forest music festival that draws people for all parts of the world. Its a lovely setting amongst the forest.
