There's always a way round the law in Thailand. If you have any specific questions you might want to consult our very own legal guru, Mr William in his very own section of "Doing things legally".

humpty, siemens pays 150k baht per month upwards, but obviously they dont want brick layers and that sort of thing, if you set up your own company you can buy land and build a housing project, ie small village etc.

    Oh yeah, I'm sure...

    Sir/Madam:

I am a Licensed Chemical Engineer currently working at Lear Corporation-PETC as an associate engineer.

My job involves written and oral communications with Americans. With my degree and work experience, I can teach English, Math and Science. I have also experienced giving tutorials to high school and even college students. I’m very much interested in teaching at your school. I will immediately resign from my work after 1 month upon signing of contract.

Enclosed with my email is my resume

So let me get this straight,
    a) you're not a qualified teacher.
    b) you have no formal teaching experience
    c) your job involves communicating with non English speaking Americans
    d) you like my job offer so much that you'll dump your job at Lear to take it up. Even though we haven't discussed pay, hours, conditions etc.

    NEXT!!!!!!
