baan sammi has overpriced figures especially for his wood house service........

though he s offering ease of use by having a profile you can quite clearly see this inflation in his offerings! good to look at though..........

his land prices seem high too, but id agree with DRA banks offer the greatest supply of land for discounted prices and good information overall!

Thanks Marmite for the extensive list. Wonder if anyone has any experience on using any of these sites to find a renter for their property?

Anyone know if there are any bank websites that have property for sale in English? Currently I have to use the wife to help translate when searching the Bangkok Bank site... a very tedious process, but the prices are outstanding.

On a similar note, how does the pricing on the bank websites work? The prices stated, are they like a buy now price, or are they the starting price to kick off the auction of the property? Anyone have any experiences buying via a bank? I'd really be interested in any views on this, given I have found some potentially outstanding deals on townhouses.

Ive tried to buy a property from the bank before and was told half way through the deal that someone else had made a bigger bid.. I didnt realize I was in a bidding war with anyone, I thought I was just outright purchasing it.... In the end we found out that the Bank Managers Son bought it!... Good enough for a farang, good enough for the son I guess..

Site that covers most of Thailand, with offices in some large cities:
BAM : Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Co., Ltd.

a useful one for khon kaen, realtycna.com:
ºéÒ¹à´ÕèÂÇ / ºéҹὴ (House)

both are in thai so need a thai speaker to be able to navigate properly

believe it or not I forgot about using that, would have saved me hours of trial and error searching through the drop down menus, thanks!
