I suggest that Maanaam and Luigi donate each other's blood. One two minute round of bareknuckle fighting at a beer garden near Mai Arse.

    * I know Luigi is a lover, not a fighter, and that Maanaam is a probably former pro something or other.

Pro lover, but you're right, I'd break his jaw on the first hit.

Apologies for Lu's misinforming the forum on countless matters, including how menstruation refreshes the blood of women.

Do you think that a severely ignorant poster putting up misinformation should not be corrected, and when he stubbornly doubles down, that his quackery be left to stand to misinform readers?
    I don't.

Which puts them at lower risk of heart disease and certain cancers.

Which is why donating blood is more beneficial for men and postmenopausal women.

Thank you very much, Dr Dave. You are such a kind and lovely man. (note the time stamp - nowhere near 7pm)

Absolutely splendid. We have frequent chats and they always tell me how happy and content they are, and that makes me happy too. Win-win. What a wonderful world.

My Ex-Father in law (a lovely man and good buddy of mine) was diagnosed with progressive liver failure which was attributed to his drinking (an assumption , because he was Irish), in truth he did not really drink that much). When he was near death from it, and by which time it was too late, they discovered that he was suffering from Hemochromatosis, the "Celtic curse" a blood disease occurring mostly to Irish and Scots where there is too much accumulation of iron in the blood.
Simple periodic bloodletting, where the body was allowed to make new clean blood would have saved his life. Even if unknowingly he gave blood ever so often he would still be alive.
Take whatever you want from that story with in the context of this thread.
I am not allowed to give blood now because I am under certain medications, (which I have stop taking since I went vegetarian and don't need them anymore) but before that I gave blood at every opportunity,It made me feel better both Physically and mentally.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
