For computer type stuff, I tend to favor Invade IT from Hua Hin- I believe it's Danish, or skandi owned. They may not be the cheapest for an individual item, but I find them competitive enough, highly professional, and the local point of contact eases my mind.

Ali Baba/ Lasada- they're pretty good, if you know exactly what you are buying. I think they've got to the size now where stiffing the customer, going back on their service delivery promise (ie the Asian way) etc would only be counterproductive for them.

Have also only had good experiences with lazada. Always only do COD.


Honestbee is okay for deliveries from Villa Market, but Paloma steakhouse has been removed, and they suffer from Thai style customer service - delivery guys not having any change, not being able to find the estate despite it being a big name private village on a major road, unavailable items still charged for etc.

Glad to hear others having same comments about Lazada. I use them for many things, Dog food is cheaper in big bags and free delivery, picked up some Go Pro and Mavic accessories dirt cheap when I caught a sale. If you play it right there are some good deals if you are patient (Which I am not but my wife seems to have this endless patience level to save 100 bht on shit...).

Kerry is the delivery biz and they always call in advance and if we are out and the package is small they will slip it through the gate openings and toss on the grass per my wife's directions. All in all good experience with them.

On a side note, wife did a COD once and it was a pain in the ass as we were out. FIL was home but he did not have cash so they left. We tried to go pick up at Kerry on the way home but truck was still out. Just pay on CC and be done with it its not like you are dropping serious coin for it. Their return policy is good.
