I told her that Airbnb doesn't allow cash deposits. The deposit is a credit card blocked amount which needs to be claimed from Airbnb by the property owner if there is a damage problem and Airbnb will mediate. This seems much better than handing over cash because last time I did that in Thailand I ended up in the police station trying to get it back from someone who thought that my flight later that day was a good reason to try to keep it.Originally Posted by her

After I refused to do that because it's not my problem to help her rent out a property short term that she isn't allowed to by entering into a legal agreement I don't want she said;Originally Posted by her
