Meechai, the politician who opened up Cabbages and Condoms in both BKK and Pattaya tried years ago to educate Thai youth to STDs but that never worked to well and this one wont either.
A few years back the local governors in Pattaya had some sort of 'law' against females caught with condoms in their handbags. - brilliant.
