Does anyone got the tanbien ban book,

the thais have it in blue, mine is in yellow, but exactly the same otherwise,

whats the advantage of having such, if any?

I have my name in the back of the BLUE book, ( as the HOME owner) but not land owner and am on a registered lease at the land office.

in the local office i was offered a yellow one not sure if it is a good thing or not,
we are in issan and the missus owns the land and the house is on the fathers name,
