My last chicken whose name was Big Red died while I was in BKK. Big Red got sick and apparently died after a week I left. That bird was so aggressive towards other chickens that was crazy. I washed his feathers almost daily and trained him as well.

Never had the chance to take him to a fight... He drove me nuts the first few days as he screamed every single day at like 4h30 am. Once you get over that it's actually a pretty cool animal to own.

Im into cock fighting and been down Sang Khom to watch a few times.

I think the way they draw out the fights here with rounds and breaks makes it a bit boring.Muffing the cocks spurs also takes away a lot away from the sport.
I prefer to see a bird fight naked heel,rules being once they start there,s no break and you either win if your bird kills the other or it turns tail and runs.
The other way to win would be the other bird being picked up.

So far I must say I have been unimpressed with most of the strains of birds I have seen here,had better a few years ago in the U.K.

Biggest problem in the U.K was finding somewhere to enjoy the sport without getting your collar felt and the fucking foxes nightly visits,many two legged ones as well.

Done the English way most fights are over within about 30 minutes much better to watch,Thai style is pretty boring I agree.
