Today I thought I give the old women a nice little break and pissed off down to Sang Khom with me boy.That,s it I took the 3 year old and left her with the nipper,fair deal both happy.

After an ice scream and the usual float up and down the main drag talent spotting lunch was calling.
There,s a little place called Tantwan or something I use now and again as it tries to put a bit of English Grub on the menu.Its not great but there,s not much competition so does it does.

My boys eating his chips whilst watching the little boats on the Mekong as I sip me coke and daydream.I must say very nice.

Look Dad,look Dad, look at that motor bike!
Without looking I reply don,t be silly son they are boats.

Now he,s given me a poke to get my full attention,

Fucking arseholes why has that thing not sunk,was my reply.
You got one of those skinny boats with five people,a massive ice box and a fucking Honda wave limping across. I have seen them loaded right up,but this was taking the piss with what looked like an inch between the drink and the top of the boat.

See,see I told yuh!
Lots of laughter from my boy and just as much from me was the ending to an enjoyable few hours.
