Look at Her timetable.
She puts in more hours than any other CEO, and is payed less than the Chairman of Royal Dutch Shell!
She is loaded and could live of her investments.
Ask her if She likes to be a monkey in a cage?

The queen is not elected, we Brits get the queen, the yanks get George Dubya.

Democracy has its problems

I really don't like most of the Royals, but lets be honest, 40 million quid really is fuck all. Cheaper than Christiano Ronaldo.

A bargain. I'm surprised how low the cost is actually.

Agreed, this kind of thing pisses me off. I do think they shouldn't be quite so extravagant in a country where many people are on the breadline.

But I have started to like the Queen as I got older, my mum would be so proud of me.

And if it sets us apart from the Americas of the world well that's just a bonus isn't it. Something else for us to arrogantly proud of, and you know us Brits need it.
