Well, I can't. Neither can I find morality in a leader who sends others to die for him.

If you're referring to the specious euro-media claims that the Iraq war is GWB's personal war, then I can consider you a victim as well.

B.D.S. (Bush Derangement Syndrome) is quite passez at this point in time.

I made no mention of any individual. Why did you think that I meant Bush rather than, say, Bin Laden?

I don't understand the relevance of the cartoon or your comment. To whom do you refer, please?

Bottom line is Iraq was unfinished business for the Bush family. Old man Bush got the backing to engage Iraq for the invasion of Kuwait but did not get the full backing to invade Iraq at that time. Georgie boy then decided the the number one game plan should be to ensure that Iraqs oil revenue was released to the west ie. sweet crude oil , very good for making petroleum, aviation fuel and cosmetics. Also there was problems with weapons of mass destruction and he had nuclear and chemical warheads for his SCUD B missiles. Which in turn was a crock of shit!! Plus he had to get OSB and Al Queda for the 9/11 attacks which is still ongoing. I dont think this is finished by a long chalk. Will have to wait and see but good ole George is leaving Obama? with a mountain to climb

Yep Maveric you could be right!! Being a veteran he should have a better insider knowledge on military affairs. Certainly a better understanding of military operations than the people on Capitol Hill. It will be good for the military not so sure he has the experience or the know how to deal with the economic situation if he gets into power, if Obama gets in the jury is out on him too. As they say if America sneezes the restof the world gets a cold!!

"That [approach] later transferred over to issues of policy," Mr. McClellan said. "It tells something about his character."
Why did you highlight this? He didn't try what? the dessert at dinner? The joke about McClellan and his book is that he is telling anyone who will listen about what he doesn't know.

Bush has settled with himself being the president who made the hard decisions. That's all he's got. In a FOX interview he told Chris Wallace, time will tell whether he was right or wrong. So every subsequent president must deal with what Bush began, if they are successful Bush can say, "See I was right." That's a bit maddening.

Myopic partisan. I said Bush has settled with himself. I think otherwise he couldn't sleep. He has a job to wake up to.

Well true- he's got to think about his Presidential library and having his memoirs ghost written for him.
