Everything you have called down the USA for is exactly what this thread is asking a country, any country to do, thats what the US did in Iraq, Viet Nam, S. Korea, but that was UN not USA.
Just as happen in Thailand back in early 60s, they were afraid of communist neighboring countrys so they asked the USA for help with keeping them at bay, so Nice Guy USA came in and built bases and bombed Cambodia and laos and got into Viet Nam, but were invited in to help.
