Lombok information

Currently living in Lombok where i have been for 2 and a half years, moving to Jomtien in 6 weeks.
Happy to help with any info regarding visiting / living in Lombok.

Whoa.. Talk about culture/lifestyle shock. I hope this is for work. Maybe Lombok is just a tad to isolated?

Not for work at all.
For a change of lifestyle. Becoming fed up with the lack of amenities/facilities here on the edge of the forest.

Well the isolation I understand I used to live on Sumatra. Not exactly next to the jungle but...

Actually I tell a lie because one night after one too many Tequilas I did fall down 3m into what was essentially jungle. Never did find my glasses! :smileylaughing:
