---- I don’t know the appropriate place to ask this question.

When attempting to award reputation I occasionally run across the following: “You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ___________ again”. Does anyone know how much 'reputation must be ‘spread around’. If so, please share ----

you have to give reputation to other members before giving it that same person again.

If you go to the very top of this page, you will see two rows of links. One starts with "Forum home", while the row below starts with "Home".

On the lower row the second one is "User CP" with a downward pointing triangle. Click on this and you will get a sub-meu that starts with "User control panel"

Click on this link, and when the page opens scroll down to the bottom.

See if you can find the nice red repo I will send you (plus the comment).

What do you click on? Nothing.

The top of the page is "New subscribe threads" and below that (if you scroll down) is reputation.

The problem with finding reputation is

After you click user cp, the button to press is then user control panel, but the problem lies in the fact that user control panel is in blue and looks like a friggin title heading.

If you look down miscellaneous is the same colour, but cannot be clicked
