How do I cancel Reputation feature?

I am trying to do this with the edit features on "My control Panel" but cannot.

you can also remove the repo and comments you receive from your user cp.

click the up arrow to the right of "latest reputation received" and "points total", and it disappears.

you cannot cancel it, only hide your current level. you will still be able to see all repos and comments.

however a handy hint, if you have someone on ignore then you will not see any repo points or comments they give you, thus if you put every single person in the forum on your ignore list then it will be just like having your repos turned off.

Why is it always so hard to get a direct answer on TD?- (that should get a spirited sarcastic response from the computer gifted)?
I don't give a rats rear about anyones opinion of me but I would like to know how to repay the compliment with a few red dots of my own.
Can someone simply outline the procedure in simple form , IE go to heading A click on B follow instruction E etc? because I'm damned if I can find any reference that leads me to an answer.
Found out how to remove dots but not what I want.

^see the little scales below the red/green blobs?
click on them, you'll get a box that says "add to whoevers reputation"
approve for green, disapprove for red and leave a little message to go with it!
