Just noticed if u hover the mouse over those green blobs under the post count, then a kinda message comes up...i.e. DD "has a brilliant future in Thailand"

BTW, OP, you check your points for greens & reds by clicking on UserCP - it's at the top of some pages & the bottom of others.

Why are some greens, beneath avs, a darker shade than others?

it takes multiple greens (as found in user cp) to get a green under your avatar. the weighting of cp greens, to greens under your avatar decreases (or would it be increases?) as you go along. in other words it gets a bit more difficult to accumulate greens under your avatar.
