| Infidel | A friend of mine died this year from prostate cancer. He never got his PSA checked until he was 52. By that time the cancer was so advanced to be inoperable. PSA was practically off the scale. He had a long history of erectile problems and rather hard living, sex, drugs and rock and roll. He wa 54 when he died.

| Lycopene...keep downing the ketchup or tomato puree (whatever it's form) and as far as the berry recommendation goes then just down a Brand's Veta everyday, go for a decent walk and don't consume too many calories, routine ejaculation shouldn't be an issue for most here I would have thought. Go for PSA checks as well. That's probably the best you can do without going OTT. |
