| Feeling Lethargic: lack of energy Lately, I've lacked energy both mental and physical. Some background: *Drinking a lot less. Some nights no booze, other night 3-4 small cans/bottles of beer at a local watering hole. *Not taking vitamins anymore (ran out). So, no vitamins, no minerals. *Eating local Asian food about 3 times per day in small amounts. *Not exercising at all, except for walking. *Sleeping about 8-9 hours per night, with a 1 hour nap in the day. I feel lethargic. Mostly mental. Any similar experiences? Possibly remedies?
