Apart from GNC. Where else do you get your supplements in Bangkok? I usually have to wait till I fly overseas, to get some of the better products.

I don't use such shit as that but do use some stuff that comes from places that deal in vitamins and minerals and I have a couple that I deal with online.

The only supplement you really should have is calcium/magnesium. Other than that, just a balanced diet incorporating veg & fruit- raw veg is prolly the absolute best food you can have.
A bit more controversially I reckon colloidal silver is good too, you don't need much. Anti carcinogenic, helps prevent stomach bugs, & elimates 'smokers breath' & 'smokers teeth'.

GNC is a ridiculous place both in the US and outside of it.

Does Bulknutrition ship to Thailand?

I only take vitamins w/ mineral and b-complex, and fish oil. The fish oil is an insurance for the gout, and b-complex mostly for the thiamen.

I am skeptical of supps, unless someone is competing.

OK. All of these I think, will be pricey (IMO) in LOS.

I drink at least one Whey Vannila protein shake a day, usually as soon as I wake up to get my motabolism started for the day. This is my breakfast. I buy it from the True Fitness Cafe in the Exchange Tower on Asoke corner. 1090bt for a tub that lasts nearly a month and its made in Thailand. You'd think it would be cheaper.

whey is essentially a bi-product and somebody is making a lot of money off shit they cant use for anything else

I am very picky and skeptical on brand quality.

I am using this before working out in the morning and find it keeps me full untill mid day and doesnt try repeat on you while working out. Price is a 1000 bhat for 700g

^Proflex thats the stuff. It doesn't repeat on me either when I'm workin out but I do have one huge burp about 5 mins after drinking it. It's pretty impresive.

You could order from the US and get it shipped in for another 30 dollars.
