Thread: Cosmetic Surgery, Yes or No?

Thailand is now hailed as the pit stop of the world for cosmetic surgery.

Thai woman have mostly either had it done, are considering about having it done or would do have it done if they had the money.

Had a number of farang mates who have had it done. Tighten up around the eyes, pull up the old chin a bit and they claim it helps them mainly regarding their sales businesses and customer acceptance. Cheap as chips here and teh Thai doctors do a good job.

Love the cute Thai issarn noses and regarding breasts, I hate the feeling of a pumped up breast (well those that aren't pumped up naturally).

I wouldn't or have not considerd having it done at this time of my life but I suppose it is not out of the question. Member expansion/extension?????????????

What are thoughts? Would you be have it done yourself and or would you ask your spouse, girlfriend or boyfriend to have it done.

if I was to do it, I suppose i'd have to cut about 6 inches off, to make it a little more normal sized.

nothing againts a nice pair of tits - the oversized ones don't do it for me though.

Strangely enough I asked my burly ocker Australian mate why in the fcuk did you want to go and do that. Are you a pillow biter?

He is about 58 years old, still fit as fcuk, all his hair but had gone through the divorce from hell and had great black bags under his eyes. The surgeon who operated on him also fixed some problems on his forehead and took some tissue form his upper eyelids.
2 hours surgery under local anesthetic and 30,000.00 Baht. He showed me a picture before the operation and obviously I could see the results after. Amazing improvement. He looked at least 10 years younger.

His main reason for having this surgery was due to the fact he wanted to be able to pick up younger birds in Oz as he wasn't into Asian prostitutes or farang woman his own age.

Whether he is right or wrong should be his personal choice.

If it makes you feel better about yourself do it.

Most girls that I have either dated here or have become friends with have made reference to the fact that they would like to have some form of plastic or cosmetic surgery.

I have on every occasion told the woman when they ask me that I feel they are perfect already but that doesn't mean they haven't considered it or don't go and had it done.

Went to a Chinese Thai wedding last week in Bangkok and it was like walking into a room full of Asian Phyllis Dillers.

Finally, why do you think Thai mothers still pull their daughters fingers up and so as to give them the famous Thai slope fingers. And why do they pinch their baby daughters on the bridge of their noses. To give them a more predominant nose bridge and if it is not enough they buy a nose bridge later on in life.

Barbaric and I told my wife from the start don't try that on my daughters.

Out of all the nationalities of woman I have had the pleasure to know Thais are far away the most concerned about their appearance. Too dark, no nose, mai me Nom, lips not full enough, no crease in the eyelids etc etc.

Based upon my time here I have only seen 2 or 3 examples of a good hardly visible or touchable sign of a breast job.

I like you prefer average size breasts as the big ones get in the way more often then not and very rarely stay upright after the bird hits 18.

I think Thai women are all concerned about their looks. I have yet to know one that does not pause in front of every mirror they pass and take a look. They are always playing and tugging their hair and fixing there make up. I think many would get surgery if they could afford it.

I have heard talk of breast enlargement, eyelid surgery, nose jobs, chin jobs, lipo etc.

Just stating my experience November and nothing personal against you or your cicle of friends.
By the way. What woman doesn't care about her looks. It has nothing to do with their self esteem, it has everything to do with looking good and younger and hopefully keeping their men from wondering.

Growing old with dignity. I would hate to have the plastic body of a barbie doll when I reach 50 or 55.

I am comfortable with the bod that i have and if someone else doesn't like then they can f off. And how many men are fat and beer bellied and balding and all they think about is the pert bum and titted woman they are with? They should take a good look at themselves before remarking on the lady in question.

True story and close to home.

I have 2 elder identical twin sisters , one a real motherly type, known her husband ever since she was 15 and the other one is the complete opposite.

The rebel rouser sister got divorced when she was 50 and her whole world fell apart.
She had smoked for years and her face had suffered the consequences with wrinkles especially around her mouth.
Decided to come to Thailand and asked if I could recommend a good plastic surgeon. My other sister went ballistic trying to talk her out of the surgery but she did it anyway.
Went back to Australia and now she has a 38 year old boyfirend who has never married, has a good business, my parents approve of him and she is pushing 57 years old. Getting married in September and she could not be more happy.
Strange though my other sister had her face done 2 months after my other sister returned from Thailand.

Right or wrong but it looks like it worked for my sister.

What if your partners asked you if they could have some plastic surgery done, maybe a lippo suck on the guts, get rid of the double chin, hair transplant etc would you tell them to back off and grow old and floppy with me and with dignity.

a biker friend of mine's eldest daughter was born the day before my daughter was. he was present at the (natural), difficult birth, which required the doctors to perform an episiotomy (not sure of the spelling, there)
lying there, legs in the air while the doc stitched her up after the birth, my mate asks the doc "hey, doc. can you put in a few extra stitches there, please?"
she has never forgiven him......
