    Cardio Thread

Some cardio exercises to do, often without equipment, what qualifies as good cardio, what does not, and how to check you heart beat per minute. He has his opinion based on research on the 20 minute per cardio workout session.

This may sound hokey, but he's not bad, especially for people starting or those who are just getting back into it.

The best way is to find an addiction to coincide with the cardio workout IMO..I've not found better than a heavy punch bag for this...ipods and african american ditties tend to go hand in hand with such a method...15 minutes leaves u feeling fandabeedozee

    But each to their own..

The best cardio is achieved with 20 - 40 - 60 minutes of the good old in-out... If done correctly, guarantees both partners working up a sweat, personal gratification, cleaning out the tubes and achieving temporary nirvana...

Get off the bus or BTS/MRT one stop earlier than you need to and walk home. 2000 paces per day about 1.5kms.

    And you've responded twice.

    Stay on topic Mr. Robertson.

You're bottom tier, and AO has just been demoted from middle-tier to bottom tier.

    Good day, gentlemen.

If you put even a fraction of the effort into actually exercising as you do posting faddish workout / diet bullshit and your general attention whoring you wouldn't be such a lard arse.
