Gone a bit back to basics on the weights lately. Full-body, low reps-high weight; all compound exercises. Squat, Chest & Shoulder press, Deadlift, Barbell rows, etc.

Hard work, and not a lot of time for legs especially to recover. But, results are pretty good, even for an old fart like me.
