Apart from the occasional bike ride, or a short swim, I e taken the last 7 weeks off from regular exercise. Added 2 kegs.

Not going back to 6 days a week on gym, cycle, swim routine. Too hard for a coffin dodger like me. I still enjoy the burn so I’m going to try exercise on alternate days and see how that goes.

For some unknown reason I felt to urge to do a few Km at fookin 8:30pm.

Not a bad time, considering the last Km was done with Main Mrs Bkk on me back.

A strict Monday morning 10km then sleep on the sofa for the rest of the day tomorrow.

It's a good time to run temperature wise, and especially now the weather has turned a bit cooler. Beats getting up a 5am to go for a run to avoid the heat.

I ran 5 miles today (at 5.30pm) and 10km yesterday. Took it easy both times, enjoying the cooler weather.

Yeah, certainly cooler than my normal time. Actually stopped walking and jogged the last bit.

It looks uncannily like a wanking rhythm, with vinegar stroke at the end

No its not as it will soon become one day on two days off, one day on three days off. How many days a week are you really exercising? Not walking at work but getting up and getting a real workout in.

All depends on how much weight you're carrying.
    It's all about the joints.
Try doing your amount of steps with a 30kg back pack on.
    It's all relative. ..

Will power mate. If very heavy start with doing less, but do exercise regularly. My two cents worth..

It's all about recovery; one day, two days, whatever, it depends on the person and the fitness level at any particular time, and, of course, how hard or easy a particular training session was.
