Time to start re-hydrating meself.
1.5 liters @ 13.5% should do it.
2 days til Rootday
Apart from the occasional bike ride, or a short swim, I e taken the last 7 weeks off from regular exercise. Added 2 kegs.
Not going back to 6 days a week on gym, cycle, swim routine. Too hard for a coffin dodger like me. I still enjoy the burn so I’m going to try exercise on alternate days and see how that goes.
Start of the cool season. A reason to get out more. Jogging, walking, swimming, bike riding and some "machines" today.
how you doing "reach around"?
63 kg ? Are you really Frankie Dettori ?
For some unknown reason I felt to urge to do a few Km at fookin 8:30pm.
Not a bad time, considering the last Km was done with Main Mrs Bkk on me back.
A strict Monday morning 10km then sleep on the sofa for the rest of the day tomorrow.
Yeah, certainly cooler than my normal time. Actually stopped walking and jogged the last bit.
Slowly but shirley.
It looks uncannily like a wanking rhythm, with vinegar stroke at the end
Another week or 2 and my ankle should be strong enough to get out of bed
100m butterfly
100m breast stroke
100m crawl
100m back stroke
Nice change
All depends on how much weight you're carrying.
It's all about the joints.
Try doing your amount of steps with a 30kg back pack on.
It's all relative. ..

It's all about recovery; one day, two days, whatever, it depends on the person and the fitness level at any particular time, and, of course, how hard or easy a particular training session was.
