Personally now after seeing how the Thais operate and with the amount of HIV here I would have to be desperate to use any of them.

A few years back I had cause to have an emergency prob looked at, after the dentist finished poking about she chucked the tools back in the tray for the next victim after the assistant wiped the blood of em.!
