A lot of what? There are no salts added to beer, other than a pinch of two for some specific ales. And that is per a 5 gallon carboy. Beer is steeped barley with hops thrown in for flavor and yeast for fermentation. There is some protein and B vits though as a result of the fermentation process.

Two blokes I met through Koojo are setting up a plant to export coconut water back to Australia and New Zealand.
They say the merits of drinking coconut water is without doubt medically sound and a pinch of salt mixed in helps me get through an afternoon of golf or in the garden.
