google told me this one exists : Thailand Fresh and Frozen Fish and Seafood Wholesale Market
there is another chain, something like pcf or pcs, can't remember as there is CPF for the chickens...
Go to the market near you, that's easy also !
i was told that in Thailand you will find a market in beetween the markets, so this shoud not really be far....
The seaside?
I must say i never tried the water where the fish waits for his go on a plate at the markets !
Give it a finger lick try, if it's salty it may be Seafood ! or the thingyy just had a pie, either either..
The link i gave ^^ really looks good, but you can't smell through websites !
Cheers for the link.
Market seafood is abit dodgy, maybe I'll try frozen!!
Most Thai's can spot 'fresh' and not fresh seafood. Especially if it has gills or strainers (crab). They are also pretty good a picking fresh prawns. I believe they tell by the texture and coloration of the gills and strainers.
All of my past GFs were great cooks and refused to buy anything not fresh that they could check personally.
Frozen fish won't be as flakey or moist when cooked.
