Jomtien - Noy Bar Beer

This place is on Soi 2 off of Jomtien Beach Road, no idea why we went down this Soi as it really doesn't have a lot going for it, but this place is about halfway down on the left handside, it's supposed to be a restaurant aswell but I think it would make a much better short time bar, only trouble is is they have closed off the front but haven't installed aircon, and it is damn hot inside there, so we had to get some of the girls to move off of the table outside so we could sit down.

Strange sign for a restaurant.

They even have a Christmas tree.

Lacking in customers due to crap location.

Nice entrance though.

Most importantly a usable toilet.

Well now you have seen Noy's bar so I have saved you wasting your time walking down Soi 2

well unless they get some nice birds in that is
