Tetley TeaBags - From India - In Thailand

I was down the local Indian shop in Pattaya today to buy some popadums, noticed he has boxes of tetley tea bags 100 for 120baht per box, then I noticed they were made by TATA in Bangalore, are they any good? ie like English tetleys?

^ maybe he is too cheap to spend 120 baht? (I've seen Tetleys for 500+ baht at Central Chitlom - I was too cheap to buy 'em...)

I'd have got a pack there and then meself; go on, DD, splash the cash and make this a photo thread.

I only bought a box of the heladiv tea bags a couple of days ago, I'm the only one who drinks tea here and I drink more coffee than tea.

^ those bags are cheaply made and tend to fall apart - I've stopped buying 'em cause I'm sick of throwing the cup of leaves and half opened bag away, to start again...

Anyways, I get me Yorkshire via the web, 100s at a time...

Back in the U.K. I noticed 100 Tetley tea bags sell for 1 quid in poundland. Bought some back with me and they were an improvement on Liptons, bloody sight cheaper too.

I had Tetley's a few years ago and thought they were pretty bad.

I really ought to get some mug to bring me some Sainsbury's Keyan or Assam.

South Pattaya really isn't a religious gathering point, it has more naked girls with frogs in their pussies than it has muslims,

So I went and bought a box of tetley teabags, as you can see the bags are tiny, I remember when a teabag used to be big, but, they are a lot stronger tea than my heladiv ones, took about twice the amount of milk to get the colour how I like it, not too bad considering the price.

Indian innit, they like squares, more corners equals more corner shops, it's a cultural thing.
