I noticed a few cooking threads from Manichaenhe

They seemed to have been demoted to MKP - Lack of clarity, lack of photos etc.

So here is my suggestions for a hearty breakfast after a night on the razzle, when your tender little stomach just needs that "wake me up"

    Delicious!

I actually saw that fish dish done in China, but they had the fish's head frozen in ice to keep it alive.......and lovely and fresh! However, one of the worst ones I saw was here in Thailand, outside of BKK on the way to Ayuttaya. They took one of those live catfish and rammed it throat first onto a two foot wooden "broom handle" device, (til it nearly came out of its arse) then wire brushed it literally with a wire brush to remove its scales, chucked it in a plastic bag and we took it home - every few seconds it kept rustling the bag doing a full flipper! Not pleasant, and no, I didn't eat it!

    Jesus!

    However,

This guy seems to be a bit self righteous about it......he doesn't seem to approve of Asians eating this.

But, for some reasons, it seems quite acceptable to eat SHIT!

Seems he needs to educate a few of his "mates" first.

Looks like I'm going down well all round!

Perhaps I need to start contributing to the building section?

    Ha ha.

Anyone can cut & paste crap without putting any effort into it.

If those recipes were taken from the net, tried and the results shared, then that's great. If not, they're in the trash.

When I'm home I have an extremely wide range of cook books & recipies that I have gathered when living & working in: Europe, North America, The West Indies, The Middle East & SE Asia. They are not for ostentation, but are used. In fact the results of some of my labours, if not in my daughter's stomach's are deposited on various pages!

Having explained that, I really do appreciate your concern in matters totally beyond your comprehension.

    Best wishes
    M.
