Thread: Thai Chicken Nuggets

Now I know I am an expert on Thai hotdogs, I can tell the difference between a smokey and a cheesey, but I won't go so far to claim I am a chicken nugget expert, now chicken nuggets don't actually have any flavour at all due to chickens not having that much flavour, as KFC found out it all comes down to the sauces, you give them chicken nuggets covered in BBQ sauce and they will be waiting outside the doors of your restaurant, introduce curry sauce and your gonna be a millionaire, sadly I got Thai chicken nuggets with ketchup, ok the nuggets are like 90baht a kilo bag and quite likely contain chicken in them, but sauces man, we need sauces.

So the deep fat fryer is heating up for another Pattaya healthy meal, the nuggets are ready to come out of the fridge, what to do to make it actually taste of something?
