This is one of our favorite dishes. We eat it about once a week. The best one we've found is at the Save-One flea market about two kilometers from our house. But, it's across the highway and hard to get there by car so we just bike to the pedestrian overpass and walk from there.

We always buy it unmixed so that the fish won't get soggy. That's the Pla Duk (catfish) in the bowl. It's deep fried and comes out like a crisp sponge.
