Is it served by the fossil-like bint in some filth hole half way down the soi...or at the other end of the spectrum, in a restaurant of fine dining, in which the chopsticks are made from ming dynasty ceramics...
How do you like them..spicy, sour, sweet, salty..?
Do you opt for the 'pee-sed' where they put all the egg and stuff in it..?
